Lots of option in a box with this set. Figuring them out can be a bit of a challenge. The box comes with 24 different exercise ideas with drawings, which are great. You are on your own to figure out how to put the pieces together to make everything work. The set seems sturdy. It is very versatile, including resistance bands from 25 to 45 pounds. That will allow both my husband and me to get in workouts, and provide me a chance to up my game. I got this specifically because we need exercise options that fit into small spaces. This covers a lot of muscle groups and fits in a small box. What it doesn’t fit in is the bag that comes with it. I am not sure the point of including a bag that isn’t big enough for the required contents. Note: While I am an avid exerciser, I have not been a bona fide pilates user, so I cannot give an opinion on its suitability in that regard. Overall, I am pleased with the versatility at this price point.

This set is a nice quality set. It arrives nicely packaged and the set even includes a black drawstring bag for storage and transport. My only complaint is that the parts aren't labeled and there are no instructions for assembly. This is my first bar set so I'm not familiar with the parts. Fortunately, it comes with a chart that has drawings of exercises on it and one can use that as a guide as to what the pieces and parts are for. There is also a list on the side of the box titled "packing list" that includes the names of all the pieces so that can help too. I'm no hard-body but I've exercised on and off for most of my adult life (25+ yrs) and I'm always looking for something new. I've always enjoyed strength training so I expect to enjoy using this set. I will update my review after I've used to set for a while to express how well it's held up.

don't buy this. This came with two (2) 25lb bands, three (3) 35lb bands, and only one (1) 45lb mfn band in the box. The tension isn't enough to get any resistance of significance either. Biggest waste of money, unless you somehow modify this piece with your own weights and bands. And if you need to make an ad hoc resistance system, then why pay $60 for this item?? Whomever QC'd this should just be demoted or reviewed.

After receiving this and testing it out I have to say I was impressed with the quality & flexibility of use. We can use it anywhere, even while traveling. I love the included carry bag that easily holds everything...really can take this with us while traveling. We also like the multiple exercise options available with this one workout set.

Can’t double up on the resistance bands to make shorter and I’m 5’5” the bands are too long for me. There are adjusters on bar but still at the shortest it’s too long

Got this to supplement some older, worn-out resistance bands... the latex on those degrades after some time, needing replacement, and this set seems to fit the bill. It's your average quality setup - nothing special - with usable attachements and a card for workouts that really doesn't add a lot of value. The set of carabeiners in the clips are a little suspect for their strength - but then again the loads imposed are not that high. The rest of the materials seem like they'll hold up for the useful life of the stretchy band, which is all that matters. This is a good and compact set to augment your workout routine.
