I just baked a loaf of sourdough with Pierre’s silicone baking mat today. The loaf turned out beautiful. There wasn’t any mess to clean up in my Dutch Oven, which as a mom of 4 busy preteens and teens, is a major positive! It beats using parchment paper, and was very easy to move from the counter and into my pre-warmer DO…I love that it is just as easy to remove from the DO and allow to cool on a rack. Another plus is the fact that it is dishwasher safe! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reusable baking mat!

This product works great for its intended purpose. I love the fact that I don’t have to use disposable products to bake bread now. It is non-stick and fits great in my Dutch oven. Make sure to keep the arm flaps inside unless you want to vent your bread. I will say, the shiny surface makes a glassy bottom on my bread, granted I’m sure that contributes to the non-stick value. Make sure to watch it well before use, it had a chemical smell at first.

This product was very easy to use and left no messes. My bread came out very easy and with no mess left. I made gluten free bread and it tasted delicious. The only thing I would say is obviously leave it for a few minutes before lifting from pan as it gets a little warm. But doesn't take long for it to cool down. Definitely worth it!

I really like using this product over using parchment paper. It fit perfectly in my Dutch oven and was easy to clean. It is made well and you can store it easily. I don't have a lot of space in my kitchen, so I like that I can roll it up to fit in a drawer.

This mat is great, it allowed me to start baking bread in my Dutch oven without needing to scrub for several minutes afterwards. Furthermore, it’s incredibly easy to clean because it’s no-stick. I very much appreciate that there’s no phthalates or plastics that leak into the bread. 10/10, would recommend.
