EDIT: Customer service reached out to me and they are amazing, putting my review back to five stars!!! INITIAL REVIEW: So it took me a solid 35 minutes to figure out how the heck to use this thing because it’s pretty easy to mess up. The top dial and the bottom dial aren’t attached to each other so it’s possible to spin the letter indicator dial without spinning the actual punch dial. In addition to that, you have to have the right pressure when pressing the handle. Lastly, it’s easy to mess up feeding the tape into the thing. The good news is, it comes with a sheet that helps you trouble shoot any problems you may have. Overall, I’ll give it four stars because it is nice and comes with quite a bit of tape. Deducting a star because the dial is not attached.

I love the look of the label that comes out! Very retro. The label maker itself is very light and easy to hold. The labels are very sticky and have held so far! Neat product and would recommend!

The printer works pretty well, and is not too hard to setup. Luckily I bought a 3 pack of extra label tape, because the one included was impossible to peel to reveal the adhesive part without destroying the labels. The replacement tape works great though. The machine can do a lot, but its easiest on simple mode, which doesn't allow much more than basic text. On 'creator mode' you can include images, emoji, QR code, etc, but it's kind of a pain to setup the labels, image placement isn't intuitive, and some paper will be wasted in making labels not the way you want. The labels aren't always centered despite a centered design image, and the cutter could be better, like the kind with a lever that cuts instead of the manual rip one this has like a scotch tape dispenser. The markings are bold, and the wireless connection is pretty nice and works well.

I use the Dymo labeler for my scrapbooking, and this works as well. This one has a few more characters than my old one, and it's easier to squeeze to make the letter imprint. As a 70s kid, I remember the labeler my grandpa kept in his office...this is an updated version that definitely fits my needs. The first one I received didn't work, but I was able to return it for a working replacement. The second one had no issues.

I happened upon this Bluetooth label maker by accident after my ancient label maker finally died. I planned to order a teal colored one but the shark one was on sale with same day delivery. The shark design is adorable it makes a simple office device more fun. Not only is it cute it prints quality labels quickly. I love that it’s Bluetooth and links to an app on my phone for easy typing and quick printing. Overall for the price it is more than worth it. My one complaint is that sometimes it prints things a bit crooked. But that is minimal and for less than $20 you can’t go wrong. The label maker is compact making it easy to bring to and from my work office. I was able to print all 75 labels for reorganizing my filing cabinet in less than 10 minutes. If you’re still using old school label makers like I was this is worth making the switch!
