This is so Much better than the old P-Touch I had. The fonts are easily customizable and the labels are fairly cheap compared to the P-Touch. The only issue I have is the alignment on the first label you print.

After a slight learning curve with setting the printer up, I can't put this thing down. There was an issue with the app and a registration blip that wouldn't allow it to connect but a quick call to customer service fixed it and they even followed up, as promised, with additional info I needed. After that the app was super easy to navigate and I then proceeded to label EVERYTHING in my house that I could label. I was already in love with this thing and didn't think it could get any better until I discovered I can even use my pictures on that little label (I missed that bit, apparently). Mind blown. And, of course, I had to go find a case to match because, well, just because. The only annoyance is that I have to kick 1 label forward every time I use it. Lightweight and easy to use once the app is installed as long as you understand cm. I do wish that it could print in additional colors but that’s an understandable trade off considering that its extra small size.

Loved this idea but the resolution made it less useful. Couldn’t make the text too small or thin bc it would just not print. Only way to get the backgrounds that it shows in the pics is to buy their media. I LOVE this little label printer. And when I say little, what I mean is that lengthwise, the label printer is smaller than my iPhone 13. Granted, it's twice as thick as my iPhone, but you know what? It actually weighs less than my iPhone (with its case on)! Set up was an absolute breeze. The Print Master app is super intuitive and very easy to use.
