I was nervous about ordering a recliner from Amazon. Overall I’m impressed. I’m 6ft and fit fine in this chair. I’m curious about how others might “sit” in a recliner. When fully reclined my feet hang off the edge and my ankles rest on foot rest. Is this not normal? I also can lay on my side in the chair and fit perfectly. The chair isn’t soft (fluffy) it’s more firm which is what I like and good for my back so that was a nice surprise. The heat, massage, and electric recline and lift features are also nice! The chair reclines nicely and has a wide seat and large arm rests. It took about 10mins to unbox and put together. Be sure to have a few plugs near by. The chair also looks nice. It’s not real leather but it looks good enough - what you would get at any big chain furniture store. The only draw back is the foot rest is a bit too firm… but for $300 delivered to my front door…I can’t complain. ... show more

Chair beautiful but deliver was a total disappointment Told Sept 6th so stayed home missed pay Then told next three days, missed more work cause can’t leave big boxes out front here. Next one half came sadly with 1/4 inch dust and taped over. Worried so didn’t open till other half. Then told other half was rerouted and take another week. Elderly person needed when came home as I had thought would come. Chair is as nice as our Ashley nailhead furniture and close match but more reddish tint, but ok. Customer service had promised to make a refund for all the trouble in between boxes as they couldn’t keep delivery date as repeated changed. Then told to expect funds back but now told to return chair. First furniture purchase. Last. Beautiful and well made but nightmare of worries and very late when needed and missed work So just expect to have someone home and to take a lot longer to get ... show more

The chair itself is decent, comfortable, easy to assemble BUT this is not a massage chair, more like a vibrator as there are no rollers. May as well buy a normal recliner if that is the case. I guess you get what you pay for.
