I was nervous about ordering a recliner from Amazon. Overall I’m impressed. I’m 6ft and fit fine in this chair. I’m curious about how others might “sit” in a recliner. When fully reclined my feet hang off the edge and my ankles rest on foot rest. Is this not normal? I also can lay on my side in the chair and fit perfectly. The chair isn’t soft (fluffy) it’s more firm which is what I like and good for my back so that was a nice surprise. The heat, massage, and electric recline and lift features are also nice! The chair reclines nicely and has a wide seat and large arm rests. It took about 10mins to unbox and put together. Be sure to have a few plugs near by. The chair also looks nice. It’s not real leather but it looks good enough - what you would get at any big chain furniture store. The only draw back is the foot rest is a bit too firm… but for $300 delivered to my front door…I can’t complain. ... show more

Since I just received it. Hopefully, it does what my husband will need it to do. Aside from this, the chair is quite beautiful to me, and I'm extremely pleased with how fast it shipped. It initially stated that it would come the day before his surgery ( and I was kinda worried about the date being so close), but it ended up coming almost a week before. Thank you! ... show more

Am extremely surprised at the quality and functionality of this chair at such an affordable price. I am a big guy and this chair is very comfortable and sturdy. Was delivered a week before the estimated date! Great chair , if you are in the market, buy it!

This was a nightmare to put together the side arms have metal brackets to slide the side panel on however one of the brackets was bent that had to be straightened very carefully and slowly which took a long time the USB does not work the massager is ridiculous it really does nothing except poke you from all the lumpy mechanics. I wanted to return it however I was told it had to be sent back in the boxes that it had come in which was not possible because the boxes were so damaged in shipment that they could not be salvaged.
