The chair is great, but very dissatisfied with the delivery. The address was correct but it was delivered 2 doors down from my house. I’m 72 and my husband is 77. Neither one of us is capable of getting those three boxes. Luckily for us we have a neighbor that retrieved the boxes. Luckily we have honest neighbors or someone could have gotten a new chair. Comfortable so far… very plush… too push at the beginning…. Needs constant usage to bring it to a nice and comfortable feeling. The heating is mild but is there and the massage is more of a vibration than a massage. Regardless, it’s not bad for being a 1/3 of the name brands. This is the worst thing I have ever purchased! $375.99 plus $26.13 in tax. It came in three boxes. The arm brackets of the chair did not line up with the brackets on the main body. We managed to get one bracket to work on each side. So the arms of the chair are wholly attached. The massage and heat controller worked just long enough to run through one cycle as a test. It immediately stopped working so there is no massage and no heat at all. My husband is disabled and in pain every day. He needs a lift chair to rise. The massage and heat helps with his muscle. There is no massage. No heat. We have a useless piece of junk now and no money to replace it. The email contact does not work. We are out $402.12. Shame on this company. And shame on Amazon for selling it. ... show more
