I have just reached the 1000 mile mark on my bikes odometer, with daily commuting to and from my workplace in an urban setting(MIT Cambridge, Massachusetts) and here's my take: The bike is well built and tough. has fast acceleration and handles the roads well. Its tires are beefy and grip well with excellent traction. My only issue is the hydraulic brakes began to sequel at around the 500 mile mark and I needed to adjust the brake cables and add DOT 5 hydraulic fluid and,problem solved. I will see how she rides in the snow this winter but just as a test, it will be stored for the winter. I cannot wait til spring when I get to enjoy my commute again riding this amazing bike. 2 of my coworkers bought this bike on my recommendation and have similar experiences. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought this bike looks great but box came damaged and a peice broke off the bike easy fix just some super glue and sent wrong charging cable so had to buy an additional one but I have high hopes hopefully not to high but I’m excited so will update when charger gets here ... show more

This is a great E bike. It was shipped quickly to me however, the front disc brake was uneven. I reached out to the seller and they ship me a new disc brake. I stall the new disc brake and it work perfectly. I use this bike to commute to work everyday now. I highly recommend this E bike if you are looking to save money and want a great bike. ... show more

The bike is really good. It is powerful, the battery lasts a long time, and it is extremely fun to ride. The seller was very responsive and was able to help us when we had a problem with the rear fender (it was slightly too short to protect against the rain) the seller sent us a replacement rear fender free of charge and really fast.
