I highly recommend this product. It was very easy to install it only took me 20min to about 30 min. It has so many features like touch entry, code and key. It also has WiFi connection but didn’t activate this feature. The app was easy to work and I would buy this product again. Really like the lock. Installation was relatively easy and didn’t need special tools. App is also easy to use and both code and fingerprint access are easy to set up. Only issue is that the WiFi bridge does not work with 5Ghz WiFi. Must have 2.4Ghz or you lose remote functionality to remotely monitor. ... show more

Love knowing if the kids locked the door at night after I get into bed. Now that they don't need keys to use the door, they have stopped using the garage opener as a front door. Finger scanner works 90% of the time. It is nice having the personal codes and a key for backup. The app works great. Links to Google home and easy to unlock with voice control. I have installed this Philips wifi lock on both of my exterior doors. My wife and I are very pleased with this upgrade from our previous keypad locks. We love not needing to carry a physical key ever. I love not worrying about loosing my keys. Now we also love being able to see the doors locked status remotely on the app. The app also allows you to lock or unlock your doors remotely.     • Started to malfunction after two months

The lock worked fine for 3 months. But I did have to change the battery after 1.5 half. Then - the device started to malfunction. I had trouble calibrating the lock. Then it will close on its own. Then 1 day, it didn’t work. It would recognize my finger print / code , but it wouldn’t open. Usually when I manually open the door - a voice would say door unlocked. But now - even if I use a key to lock or unlock the door - the voice won’t say anything. It doesn't recognize being locked? The customer service is good - they will send a new one. But I have my doubts on the replacement especially when another 1 star reviewer mentioned the same issue with its replacement. I am concerned about long term. How long does the Philip motor lasts if the original one stopped working? I would have returned it, but it is outside of the return window. ... show more
