Gifted to my 8 yr old who LOVED it. It was messy and took patience as you have to leave it out to dry at each step. I wish we could make more than just three charms but overall it’s very cute kit and worth it if your kiddo has patience. Oh and the only reason we knocked off a star is that the clasp part that attached the key chain part broke off a bunch of times from the charm. I would recommend using e6000 glue at that point. Not sure if you could place it into the resin while it dries so it would have a stronger hold. Direction started to do it after the resin charm dries. ... show more

So if this is your first time working with resin then you should know that this is not a craft that you can do with your kids in just one day. This requires drying time in between multiple steps so expect to complete this over the course of 2 to 3 days. This kit comes with just enough resin to make all three molds. It was very easy to mix with very few bubbles. Instructions were easy to follow. Comes with more than enough glitter to decorate. Also comes with more than enough decorations to put inside the fidget shakers. The one thing though that in hindsight I would leave out of the fidget shaker is the large pink glitter because it ends up sticking to the acrylic panel and blocking the view of the rest of the little toys inside the shaker. The glue that comes with this kit is not that strong. When we were trying to attach the key ring holder to the fidget shaker we had to do it on the globe multiple times because it wouldn’t stick. I am worried that if my daughter tries to put it on her backpack it will just fall right off so she can’t bring it with her anywhere, she can only play with it in her room so she doesn’t lose it. Overall it’s not a bad kit for an introduction to a resin craft, could be better but my daughter and I liked this concept. ... show more

In case someone sees this and doesn’t realize it, resin of any kind is not meant for kids! They absolutely need an adult to handle the resin, but other than the poor instructions it definitely works as intended and makes super cute shakers - kawaii as my daughter says lol. I made them for her and everything was simple, they cured the way they should thank goodness and she loves her new keychains. Recommend to any parent who loves crafting with their kiddos or anyone interested in getting started with resin, with an easy enough kit and guaranteed adorable results in the end. ... show more
