I got a replacement as the first one had issues with the screws being too short or the inside base plate being stripped. There are three screws for the inside base to the handle (two top and one bottom). The two top didn’t screw in and the bottom only attached. Within a day the inside handle fell off. I got a replacement and installed it without the same issue (so far..). Easy to setup, looks nice and very sturdy outside. The finger print reader works very well. ... show more

Problem with the design of the attachment of the indoor assembly to the faceplate. Screws are too shallow and thread is too. One thread was stripped out of the box and second stripped when attaching. But all 3 are required for secure attachment.
