I think this is pretty decent for the low price point. There are lots of games on this but it think a fair amount of them are duplicates and several are hard to identify as they don't have the "American" naming or in some cases misleading names (I think I found one of the super mario brothers games looked more like Adventure Island but with Mario instead?) My biggest complaint so far is the directional button seems to be a little sensitive in that if I'm trying to press down it occasionally pulls to the left/right instead of only just down which can be detrimental in some games (I've been trying to play some of the old Contra games and when I want to duck under fire (down button) it thinks i'm pulling left or right instead and end up running into oncoming fire. So its great for the number of old school throw back games it has for the size and price of the package but it has some shortcomings as well. For the price its hard not to recommend but if you are looking for a better experience with those games this may not be it. ... show more

There are so many good things to say about this little hand-held video game system. The price point cannot be beat. You won't find another system with more or better games for any less. I got this for my 11-year-old son who loves video games, but what I didn't expect was how many of the games on it were from my own childhood! No matter the age, this caters to everyone. I was SHOCKED at how many games are included in this. And not bad games, there are fantastic games! (Super Mario brothers!!) The graphics are impressive and the sound is great! It does come with the old-fashioned Coex cables if your TV supports them. Our smart TV does not. So if that feature is important to you, I'd verify whether your TV is compatible, but overall I have zero complaints. This gem is worth every single penny. ... show more
