This 2-pack of LED smart light bulbs are fantastic replacements for 75W incandescent light bulbs! As LED light bulbs go, their 1100lm is a good bit brighter than the typical 800lm versions that you find everywhere. So these bulbs will light up an entire room for you very nicely. But of course, you can dim them down as low as you want with your smart home app. They connected with my Alexa immediately and are a breeze to use. I also appreciate that they are lead and mercury free, for the sake of the environment. I only wish I could find the same bulbs in a 3000 - 3200lm version. . .maybe one day! ... show more

I recently purchased 6 of these smart light bulbs. All worked with exception of one, that would not pair with Alexa. I could turn it on and off using the switch and was visible to Alexa but would not respond to it. So I contacted support and was really amazed at the level of support, just for a light bulb. They must have spent 20 min guiding me to pair the product. I’ll buy more now knowing the support is there if I needed. Than you Philips heu support team. ... show more

I won't describe the advantages of Philips Hue bulbs because you can find that information anywhere on the Internet. Basically, they're the best smart bulbs out there. I love the color options, the control, the synchronization, and the Alexa integration. I love everything about them, except the price. If you can handle the price, then there is nothing that should stop you from buying them. Amazon usually has the best prices since big box stores and Philips do not usually discount Hue lights on their own websites. Maybe you could find slightly better prices somewhere else, but buyer beware. HELPFUL TIP: I like buying 75W (1100 lumen) bulbs to replace standard 60W (800 lumen) bulbs. The max brightness for Philips Hue bulbs is best achieved when they are set to white light. If you want brighter colors (who doesn't, honestly? that's why you want these bulbs!), then I recommend bumping your lumens up to the next tier. ... show more

I love these, but be careful. There are two different types and they don't work together. I like the Hue color ones and they are not cheap. I have 11 of these in my bedroom/office and use them with alexa. They are fun to set themes and automations, like they turn red when it's time for me to take my medication.
