I have bought these same transition sippy cups for all three of my kids. We used the Avent nipples so this was a perfect transition. These nipples fit all my other Avent bottles which is convenient. These cups have made the transfer from bottle to sippy cup so easy. For a long time my son would not drink milk from any other cup other than a bottle. These have held up through everything. They wash well in the dishwasher, and can handle being thrown across the room with out cracking. The colors are gender neutral.
