I make my little one a fruit yogurt and veggie smoothie daily, and she loves drinking them out of these cups. They’re mostly spill proof due to the squeeze-to-drink mechanism inside the straw top. I use the optional long inner straw piece as it helps my toddler to reach all of the smoothie down to the last few drops The straw is big enough around that the smoothie flows through it well with no issues. My kid loves these, now. The first few times it was really difficult to get the idea of what they were supposed to do. They knew how to work a straw, but this requires a lot harder sucking to get it going. They figured it out eventually and now this is all we use. Not the easiest to clean and put back together, you never can seem to get the last little bit of juice out of the bottom. But it's pretty decent for the price and it gets the kids watered, so!
