We like the look of the table and chairs. The BIG problem is that when it rains, water somehow collects under the seat part of the chairs so if you don’t “tip” the chairs to let all the water run out and then let dry, you will get a wet butt when you sit down. It’s really a pain!! Would return but would be too big of a project so are just living with it 😞 ... show more

    • Customer service was excellent in dealing with minor issues, that we had with the patio set.
My husband worked hours trying to put the patio chairs together, because the front bar was slightly too wide, and finally he went out & bought longer screws & that did the trick. It was a new product, thus no reviews yet, or maybe we could have caught the problem that way. We contacted customer service at Amazon & they were very helpful, in contacting the seller company for us, so this doesn't happen to someone else.
