I would have given this a 5, except for assembly. It’s not hard just took quite awhile to complete for 4 chairs. They could have done a bit more prior to shipping to make it easier. Comfortable to sit in and look exactly like photos

Great chairs. Love that they are darker than the pictures. I expecting more gray than black. They are pretty stable, hopefully that doesn’t change with time. When putting the back metal part make sure to push the seat all the way back or else holes won’t align so easily.

This is the first product review I’ve ever done, but I felt it necessary. I purchased these bar stools hoping they would work, but when they arrived, they were cheaply made, and one of the legs of the stools was weak and shaky, so I tried to return them. The seller refused to send me a free shipping label, but I took them to UPS to replace them. I was prepared to pay 30-40 dollars to ship them back, but NOPE the shipping cost is over 500 dollars! The seller requested that I put the chairs together AGAIN and send them proof of why I wanted to return them and even with that they were on the willing to give a small credit and let me keep them! Why do I need or want four cheap and damaged chairs!! The seller is more awful to work with than the chairs are cheap! Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for barstools! I purchase a lot of things from Amazon and by far this is the worst product and the worst seller!
