It’s super easy to install and comes with all the necessary hardware. The flame display looks very realistic, and I can adjust the temperature to suit my preferences. It heats my bedroom nicely during the winter, and I no longer have to rely on bulky space heaters. It’s also safer than a traditional fireplace, which is a huge bonus. Definitely worth every penny!

Ready set up. I'm our case we just set it in the fireplace. Works as expected. There are only a limited number of "fire" looks. A golden yellow, blue and a mix of the two. Yellow is fine but a little boring Blue is terrible with low illumination making it difficult to see The mix is our usual choice. The fireplace does not retain the last used color selection so if you prefer one of the colors other than yellow, your must set it reach time. Temp selection is retained Overall, pleased with the device

I bought this fireplace in 2021. It is beautiful looking, nice flame and ambiance. We installed it correctly, my husband is somewhat of an electrician everything looks great after about a year the smell coming from the fireplace when on is unbearable it smells like rotten fish. We cannot use it anymore! So disappointed! I'm very upset and dissatisfied with this product! I would not recommend it. UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE I received an e-mail from Amazon asking for all kinds of information on this product. information that I do not understand and at this point possibly would be impossible to find! I have the name of the product that I am dissatisfied with the size and the SKU no# I know the date that I bought it. I recently looked up the same fireplace and noticed it was discontinued. That does not surprise me. All I'm asking is for the fireplace to either be refunded so I can replace it or replace it for a different one. As I have mentioned before this is a major source of heat in my home. Phi Villa 30" electric fireplace bought off Amazon in 12/2021. Please reply to this UPDATE asap in a clear manner so we can get this resolved.
