WOW!!! We were somewhat hesitant to purchase a patio set online but took a chance - and are we glad we did! This set came earlier than promised and was packaged unbelievably well. There wasn't a scratch to be found anywhere. Once we put one chair together, the other chairs were done very quickly (less than 20 minutes each). I love the four chairs. They’re very sturdy and pretty. The first one was a challenge to assemble, but the others went smoothly. Delivered by FedEx not Amazon. Two of the chair arms were dented. The table was not delivered. I’ve emailed and made several calls with no response to try and get the table delivered. UPDATE: The table came this afternoon!

I know this is supposed to be a product review, but I can't say enough good things about the company Phi Villa. The patio set was sent in 3 packages, the table came earlier than the chairs, which was fine. Amazon marked the set as delivered, so I reached out to the company just to make sure that the chairs were still coming. I received an answer in less than 24 hours with tracking numbers for the other 2 boxes, which came several days later, all within the expected delivery range. When I unpacked all of the boxes, I found that the table was cracked. My message was once again answered in less than 24 hours. Once I sent pictures of the damage, they sent me a new table, without the burden of returning the old one. I ordered this set on January 27 and the entire issue has been resolved to my satisfaction as of February 19. I am just so pleased with the level of customer service. And so now to the product - it is a perfect size for my little lanai, and the chairs are very comfortable. The table is very sturdy. I'm sure I will have this set for many years to come.

The patio dining table is attractive and easy to clean. The chairs are attractive and very comfortable. Happy with ultimate result. However, assembly was difficult. Each chair took 2 people 2 hours to assemble. The holes for screws were not quite lined up requiring pushing and pulling to place in position. The table took one person 2 hours to assemble. Total 10 hours of assembly with 8 of those hours requiring two people.

This is a really nice patio set at a reasonable price. Excellent quality. Very sturdy. Chairs are comfortable and padding is well made. Takes two people to assemble the chairs.

We received the set with one chair with a defective part which makes it unusable. We have called the company twice and left voice mails and emailed them four times. Nothing not one word. We have a table and three chairs. Amazon should be ashamed to carry this brand.

Love this set. Both rocks gently and swivels. Great delivery!!! Comfy!!!!! Assembly wasn't bad. Haven't had long, but expecting yrs of use.
