I had my canopy setup outside in windy conditions with weights on the legs for a couple of weeks when I noticed one side of the cover was hanging downward. Upon inspection I found one of the folding arms had broken apart at a pivot point and another arm was bent. Unknown if the winds developed sufficient strength to cause the damage as described. I contacted PHI VILLA via email with attached photos of the damaged arm. Within a short period of time they sent me a new replacement canopy under warranty. I setup the new canopy for a couple of weeks and I did not see any type of problems with the varying wind conditions as before. I would defintiely recommend this product especially after the fast resolution I received in handling my problem with the original canopy.

I actually got this as a beach tent and to that end, it includes stakes for the ground and rope for keeping the cover on the tent itself. If in the off chance I want to use it anywhere else, it also includes sandbags with velcro to attach it to the tent poles for hard surfaces. The tarp on the back and the tarp that's for the roof felt sturdy enough for me and they both fit comfortably in their respective places and includes several plastic clips and nylon straps for securing it to the frame . There's a nylon case for it with a hard plastic base and wheels to make wheeling it around pretty easy, and the case fits the frame and all the included accessories with room to spare, which is great, because then you don't have to fudge with it for 20 hours trying to fit everything in the case. You just fold it up and push it in with little resistance. If I had any gripe with it, it's that the setup and breakdown isn't the one-pull design like others, so setup isn't as convenient as it could be, but it raises my confidence that the tent won't randomly collapse on me while I'm under it. Overall, very satisfied and a solid option.

I purchased this for shade as I have no trees in the yard. I have put it next to a shed to shield from the wind. I did have to purchase better stakes for it which go deeper into the ground. I also secured it with rope and more stakes. It is good to know that this is not waterproof which is ok with me because I don't sit out while raining. You will definitely need two people to put this up. The accordion sides are stiff and hard to pull apart (have a strong man around). For the price, I think this will work. I'm not sure it will last long due to wind but for now, it seems to be holding up well.

This canopy is easy to set up. It took 2 of us about 3 minutes to open and set up. The material is durable and sturdy. The sun shade also have pockets for display or storage paper documents. It is a good feature and very convenient. This is great for our science festival and star parties set up. It is also easy to pack up and transport. The wheels on the bag helps a lot. Good design and great value.

Bought the canopy for a soccer tournament, it served the purpose pretty well, first time set up is easy, from box to tent took me about a couple of minute, no need to see any instruction, pretty much self explanatory. After had it up, it stayed well on the field, didn’t get to use the sand box and didn’t use the extra side shade, it eventually shaded about 4-6 lawn chairs well, overall sturdy canopy with fairly easy way to set up, good stuff.
