The blanket is great quality and fits my oversized queen mattress perfectly. It’s soft, comfortable and keeps me warm enough that I didn’t need to use my comforter. Definitely worth the money especially if you’re looking for sharp and clean looking bedding that is functional as well, I purchased it in white. Based on other reviews I was skeptical about ordering this. However I needed a light to medium weight cotton throw so went for it. I am very pleased with it. I'd say it is between a light and medium weight blanket. It had a touch of a dye scent to it so I washed it and the scent was completely eliminated. There was no lint left in the washer and not even enough lint after drying to fill my lint catcher. It did draw up in both width and length when washed as is typical of 100% cotton products. The weave is tight and the waffle caused it to be very flat before being washed. After washing the waffle tightened up from shrinkage and I think it improved the look. My husband and I have different body sleep temperature needs. I layered this on top of our other blanket and it is perfect for my sleep comfort. I am buying another of these in a throw size for each of our guest bedrooms In case guests need another lightweight cover. ... show more
