This is a nice band but....There are a lot of good reasons to give this band a high five and just an average rating all depends what your purpose might be for your watch style, maintenance, and or protection. So Ill start at the top. First, the watch protection- this setup will provided the ultimate protection above and below the surface. The band and screen protector provide unparalleled watch protection as well as functionality. Some of my daily routines include running the tractor around the grounds, working tight in with dead blow hammers, awkward spaces with wrenches, rescue diver, and sometimes just banging my watch face on the door knob (TMI). So with all this protection, the watch should not stay in this case permanently. This case is good for scuba diving but I prefer an orange case in the event it should drop to the sea floor-orange shows up better than black on the bottom. After a dive, the watch has to come out of the case for cleaning! PERIOD! The one thing I love and hate about this watch is the screen protector which is completely unique to this watch. After removing the sticky screen protector, dirt, grit and smudges get underneath and not so easy to remove from the sticky side. My take on this, is simply removing the case from the watch, leave the screen protector on, clean the watch and reinstall the watch into the band. Basically, the screen protector is great if its left on the watch but that limits cool accessory changes-the down side of this product or ITS not if the band and screen protector is the standard wear. The plus side is this is a very affordable, functionable watch case that will give the rough neck good watch protection.

When I bought this item I was hoping it was like a previous item I had bought two years ago with an older model Apple watch I had bought, however this was not the case. The band itself felt cheaply made and did not feel durable at all. It did not seem like any military grade items I have purchased before. The band gave off a cheap feel and if it snagged on something it would rip. In my job I need durability. The item also came with a kit to place on a screen protector since the band did not come with one built in already. However, when I went to use it, the screen protector appeared to be missing. This item did not come with directions, and I could not see where I might have gone wrong if I did at all. I really wanted to like this item because of the concept and design, however it came up short.

For those who remember, this reminds me of the Casio watches that were popular in the 80’s and 90’s, practically indestructible. It’s almost like an Otterbox for your watch, so yes it’s on the bulkier side but not ridiculously so. Great protection for anyone who needs extra protection for their watch. Nice product.
