Mom of 10 here writing an honest review. Mom of 10 raising kids for 38 years, while also, Foster Care. We have been through a lot of dishes!!! I absolutely love the look of this stoneware, When it arrived, and I was pulling it out of the box I could tell right away this was heavy duty solid stoneware. My children could be rough on things But I’m not a big fan of plastic, so I took my chance on this dish set and I am not disappointed!!! I originally purchased two sets in January and they bought another set last month, They have been through the dishwasher many times and eaten on over and over again. They have also been emptied from the dishwasher by children. They remain flawless, there’s not a single scratch or chip on any of the dinnerware. I was hesitant to order this because I was afraid they would come broken but they were very well packed and they all made it! They are beautiful just as pictured. One of my bowls has a small flaw but I don’t really mind it. Also bowls are on the smaller side but again, I don’t care :)

This is a beautiful set with a soft distinguishable embossment. The set looks hand thrown. I bought two sets! This is one of those Pfaltzgraff sets soon to be the most cherished of all. It is a soft green perfect for romantic settings or intimate dinners with candlelight to augment the atmosphere.

Beautiful dishes! They are so natural, soft color, lovely plant embossing! If dishes can be soothing, these are. They create a very homey, hand-thrown pottery table. They are heavy and soild. I think it would take a lot to chip them. The first time we used them, I saw one of our guests sneak a peek for the manufacturer mark. :-) II took it as a compliment.
