The metallic edges on these dishes now have black "tarnish" spots after I took them from the dishwasher. I love the pattern on the dishes but beware that the metallic edges will be spotted. I used regular Cascade dishwasher detergent and was not about to wash these dinnerware dishes by hand.

Pfaltzgraff is always a name I feel I can trust and this service for 4 is no exception. Out of the box i like the weight of the dishes and the color and pattern are a nice compliment to many decors. These are dishwasher and microwave safe and make a nice lovely set for everyday use. With a dinner plate and two different size bowls this is the perfect set to me. I am thrilled when I can find a set of nice set of dishes that don’t include the mugs since I already have so many. ... show more
