The Tricycle, the Product itself is Good! And a Good Value. I can't say so much for the Seller. I ordered the Trike. But found a Manufacturing error (One of the Rear Axle brackets was Welded incorrectly). I tried to Exchange for another one. Could not do that, could only Return and Repurchase. Well, first the price had gone up $50 AND I had to pay an extra $40 for shipping. I was contacted by the seller, they wanted more explanation and pictures. Ok, No problem, except, to this day I have never heard back from them (That was April 13th, today is the 26th). On my return Authorization, the sent me 1 UPS Return Label (The product comes in 2 Boxes), I went to UPS and explained that I was only give one Label. I was told I had to get in contact with the Company to get a second Label. Great, the company that is not answering my messages about my return? I will run out of 'Time to Return'. Like I said, I have no problem with the Tricycle, I love that. So, just so you know, pray you have no problems when ordering. I am happy to say that after delayed communications, the company did reach out and we have satisfactory resolved all issues! The product is great, never had any issues with the Tricycle. A little miscommunication between the company and myself, but we kept in communications ...... Happy Ending to a rough start.

The media could not be loaded. 4 Days and 13 Man hours later PEXMOR TRICYCLE UNSAFE TO RIDE. 1) Warning: You need mechanics tools and an extra strong person to assemble. 2) ONE TIRE RECEIVED WARPED - SEE VIDEO. Used for front tire, therefore TRICYCLE DOES NOT RIDE STRAIGHT. If warped tire used in rear, tricycle still pulls to side and unsafe to ride. 3) Front brakes rendered useless due to warped front tire and misaligned front brake assembly. 4) Then there are the rear tires and WARPED FENDERS AND BRACKETS. We assembled rear tires to bike frame THEN FOUND REAR FENDERS AND BRACKETS TOUCH TIRES regardless of direction or assembly on Left or Right side. FENDERS AND BRACKETS NEEDED TO BE BENT AWAY FROM REAR TIRES. If the fenders or brackets are bumped, the fenders and brackets will again touch the tires. 5) Contacted PEXMOR, sent pictures, and description of damaged parts = 10 days NO RESOLUTION. CANNOT SEND VIDEO TO SHOW WARPED SPINNING TIRE.

Well, I ordered this after doing some research and watching multiple videos on assembly and riding. The tricycle arrived in two different boxes on two different occasions, several days apart. Not a big deal, but would’ve been nice if it was indicated in the description. I thought for sure they shipped me half a bike! As for the appearance of the tricycle, the finish is nice and shiny, and everything was packed to ensure it didn’t get damaged or scratched. It was easily unboxed and well organized within the box. The owner’s manual and directions for assembly were a nightmare. It was obvious that a non-English speaking individual wrote the assembly instructions. There were so many misspelled words, sentences that didn’t make sense, etc. So much so that if I hadn’t watched so many assembly videos, I would’ve promptly returned the whole thing! Luckily, there were small pictures with each step in the instructions because the wording often left me completely baffled. The brake assembly should’ve been easy, but the instructions made it difficult. Same for the derailleur adjustment. The fenders, although cute and sturdy enough were easily bent if you weren’t careful. The tricycle itself is sturdy, and I love the baskets. If I hadn’t had so much trouble with assembly, I would rate this a solid 4 stars all the way. Lucky for me I have a mechanically inclined friend that spent an hour just adjusting the back brakes.

I have been riding the trike for four days. It did take the neighbor 4 hours to put it together due to the instructions. The pictures in the directions are to small to see details. The trike rides great. I would suggest picking up padded bike shorts or extra swat cushion. My butt is rather sore from the seat. The rear fenders are not tight so they move alot. I keep checking behind me to make sure I didn't lose anything off the bike or out of the rearbasket. The front reflector is hidden behind the front basket so i got an extra light for the front. For the price I am impressed and am enjoying riding around town.

Directions are not very specific,im missing pieces and extra pieces were there that didn't belong. The chain guard doesn't even line up properly,so it cant even be used. It doesnt tell u that u have to take links off the chain.I emailed the seller,got no reply!!
