Works as advertised. Skimpy directions. Requires getting used to counter-intuitive pumping "feel" in either direction. Two vacuum caps, one pressure cap. On delivery the plastic cover had an ugly top-to-bottom crack. Poorly packed replacement has a minor crack. My existing vacuum pump providing equivalent-to-better ease of use and satisfactory performance, I'm keeping Peugeot solely for the pressure function. ... show more

    • Wine corks don't work
Style: Double pump
The wine corks are supposed to be able to retain a vacuum to preserve the wine. This worked for a very short time, perhaps 4 times, then the corks stopped being able to retain vacuum. The valves inside the corks no longer seal. The champagne stopper, which holds pressure, is continuing to work.

Quality is very poor and the thing broke after a few months of infrequent use. Already by that time had to replace the stoppers which kept breaking.
