Works great and the company is awesome to deal with

When I first got the product, the wand was missing so I can send a text message and immediately got an answer back on a Sunday. Mickey took the time to make sure that the replacement part was on the way immediately and then called follow up with me. Once I got the product I put it together. It works
great! It cuts down on the time to spray weeds tenfold. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and their follow up and I highly recommend this product.

I purchased my hd2000 petra battery powered sprayer from Amazon and I use the sprayer for spraying herbicides and liquid lawn fertilizer. Works well and support was good

The charger died on me after one use. It was out of warranty, but Mikki from support helped me out by getting one sent out to me for just the shipping cost. Nice that they resolved the issue for me, but I can’t give 5 stars since it shouldn’t have broken in less than a year in the first place.

Great for killing nasty pests

We use this at both of our homes to spray outdoor pesticide to keep the dreaded carpenter bees away from the wood. Great investment considering those stupid bess can cause thousands of dollars of damage to your home

Excellent Customer Service

I like the product I have,2 gallon electric sprayer. BUT, yep there's a BUT, I had some trouble with a brass connector and a plastic connector with one of the sprayer heads. The threads are messed up on both items right out of the box. These items were wanting to make things cross thread when trying
to assemble the wands. I had to stop and call the customer service #. Luckily I got ahold of Nathan and through pictures and messages back and forth,he was able to send me the new parts I needed. Sprayer works GREAT. I wish I could afford the 4 gallon sprayer because it would be wonderful for my larger areas I spray weed killer. I am using the two gallon sprayer for climbing on ladders and spraying bug killer at the peak of my log home. I would have given a 5 star if no problems, but we can't all be a winner all the time. Great product with solid parts

This product is made with quality components for this price point. Was expecting decent or even sub par parts or performance. I was surprised to find that quality parts, design and performance for a sprayer in the price bracket. The integral pump doesn't use much wattage either. I was able to spray e
ntire yard, emptying the reservoir. Then check the remaining charge and to my surprise used only a fraction of the battery capacity used. This is a quality product and look for it holding up for years to come.

Unpacked it, read the manual and tried to use it and nothing happened?? Tried again and still a lot of noise, but no action and it is not the most comfortable thing I have ever worn on my back. Called the support line and was told to let it run for up to 15 minutes in order to prime the pump. I did a
nd all is well! Became more comfortable as I used it more. It really puts out a great spray and works very well, but now I have to find the right grass and weed killer as the crap I bought doesn't seem to be doing the job. They might want to mention the 15 minute prime issue in the owners manual, as there is says 2 minutes??

Wonderful sprayer. Previously, I used a handheld pump sprayer and it would take me around one hour to do my large driveway. With the HD2000, it now takes me less than 15 minutes to do the job. Very easy to use, and comfortable on my back. The only issue I had, was after 9 months, the battery would no
t hold a charge. I reached out to Customer Support and was fortunate to have Nina answer my call. She was very helpful and would be dispatching a new battery. Would highly recommend, not only for Customer Service, but a sturdy well designed product.

Had my sprayer about 10 months and love it. Stopped charging last month and I called customer service. I spoke to Jen who was wonderful! She actually returned my call later in the day with a solution and had a battery and charger sent to me absolutely free of charge. Turned out it was the charger tha

Great product and customer service

I didn't receive my wand in the box. I called customer service and talked with Nathan who helped me with everything. Soon my wand arrived and the sprayer did a great job. Then Nathan followed up and made sure I got the wand and all was okay with me. Very happy with my results!

Does the job but belt failed.

Works great but screws pulled out of the strap. Buckle on strap/belt failed and had to be replaced.

I purchased this sprayer last year and forgot to register it. Even though 6 months had passed they still let me register the sprayer. Something happened with the strap, and it need to be replaced. I worked with Nathan to get a replacement strap and it went off without any problems. He was easy to wor
k with and stayed in touch to see if my needs were meet. It is so much easier to use a battery sprayer than to have to pump all the time with a and held one. It was worth getting the battery power sprayer. Great company to work with.

This sprayer is great. I complete my spraying so much faster now. Not having to stop and pump anymore. I’m Gaian issue with my unit charging but Mikki, the customer service rep is helping me out. She has been great.
