I purchased this unit in March 2023, replaced manual sprayers and even a backpack one i had that was frustrating to use with the manual pump. This made spraying weeds extremely easy, walk around, aim & pull the trigger. Used for a few times, then put away in my basement for the winter. This March 2024, went to use and it did not work, even though battery was fully charged it did not work. I called customer service, spoke with Nina. She listened to my issue, with out even trying to put blame on me, offered to send a replacement unit out to me, no charge. This was a Thursday, replacement arrived the that Monday. Nina followed up to make sure I received and if I had any questions.

So much better than the old pump sprayer. When my battery wouldn't hold a charge (make sure you keep your unit plugged in between uses), Mikki with Petra customer service came to my rescue. Great company backing up their product, which really makes a chore so much easier and quicker to complete. I feel confident buying more products from PetraTools.

This product was buggy from the beginning but is now completely unusable. The battery meter has never worked properly, but I could live with that... not worth the hassle of returning. After only a couple of uses last year, It has now developed cracks in both the handle and shaft of the wand. The plastic has deteriorated over the winter? I know it was dry when I put it away and has never beed dropped or abused. I contacted support through their chat and the assistant (who was very nice and even called me to resolve the issue) sent me links to an upgraded wand for $30 and a $20 "upgraded" handle, neither of which came with my sprayer. Oh well, I guess it's better than an unusable sprayer. It was out of warranty so I had to pay for the parts.

I was so excited to receive the sprayer. Didn’t quite work. Emailed customer support and Nina replied same day. After a few trouble shooting efforts, Nina replaced the unit. The new unit worked perfectly! I’ve used it twice already. So much easier than the pump sprayer. Not too heavy for my back. Attachment nozzles are a plus. Walk and spray. Thank you Nina and Petra!

This sprayer w/ yellow nozzle puts out a strong 3ft wide spray. You have to spray fast. Ran through tank in about 15 min. Not giving 5 stars is my fault, should have ordered bigger tank. Excellent for smaller jobs. D P
