I’ve only used this sprayer once, but it performed like a champ—no drama, no leaks, no mysterious malfunctions that make you question your life choices. The “funnel” on top is a genuinely smart touch: pouring is easy, and it helps keep spills to a minimum. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry around, and the wand/hose is long enough that you don’t have to fold yourself in half to spray near the ground. Now, to be fair, I’m only 5'2", so the ground and I are basically neighbors—but still, the length makes it comfortable and convenient. All in all, it’s simple to use, works well, and the price feels right. I’d absolutely recommend buying it. I’ll update this review if needed, after I’ve used it a bit more—assuming I ever get the chance. If it doesn’t start raining consistently, there may be nothing to report. No rain means no grass growing where it’s not wanted… but it also means no vegetables or berries. I’ll take the rain.

I purchased this to replace an old spray tank. The handle had broken and it had no measurements on the side of the tank, so you didn't really now when you had a gallon of water in it. This one is so much nicer! It has measurements on the side of the tank, the pump works easily, it sprays nicely and has a relief valve that's conveniently placed and easy to use. There's a screen on the bottom of the tube to prevent clogs, It's easy to carry around and seems very durable. You get an additional end for the sprayer, it has a warranty and even comes with good English instructions, as very few things do nowadays. I am very happy with my purchase!

Don't know longevity but this thing works well for now. -1 star for a 1 specific quirk. It comes with a round spray and a flat spray. Flat spray has this nozzle, which can be turned into position you like. I want to turn it parallel to my body. I insert it the way I like and then I start fixing it in place with the turning nut. But the spray turns with the nut and it is no longer parallel to my shoulders. Although having it spray perpendicular to my shoulders would be generally better, so I can move hand right to left and vice versa. But the spray is too broad and you can hit your feet with a herbicide. But once you adjust it, it does create a fine mist, exactly the way you want and one pass over weeded area is enough to cover weeds with small drops. This minimizes amount of chemical used. Just don't do this in the wind and wear a mask

This pump sprayer is very good. No leaks, easy to fill, and can hit the tops of my trees. I’ve used it for four weeks, four times total, spraying copper on my fruit trees. The mechanics are great, the tank is solid, the wand and sprayer nozzle work well. It is small, easy to carry, and obviously meant for light duty use. I have a dozen 10-12 foot tall trees, and one gallon covers six trees. I’m glad I bought this brand. My old Round-up sprayer was a piece of junk and twice the price compared to this one.

This sprayer works very well. First one I ordered had a faulty pressure relief valve and it was promptly replaced (next day!) This holds pressure very well, adjustable nozzle goes from a fine spray to a stream easily. Seems very durable. I’m done wasting money on cheap sprayers that might last one season, for a few dollars more this one seems built to last and is of much higher quality than ones from a discount tool store. Very happy with this purchase and with the customer service.

Best one gallon sprayer I've ever owned... and I've owned quite a few of these. Well worth the few extra bucks for a quality sprayer like this. Others I've owned (less cost more failures) have had the pumps fail, poor spray coverage *even after replacing the filters * and cracked hoses. I was so impressed by this unit I bought a 2nd one asap! A shout out to the documentation folks at Petratools... the included manual (not online!) is idiot proof. Comprehensive with full color pictures and common sense instructions. Not that one usually needs instructions for using a garden sprayer, but their manual is a testament to their obvious committment to custmer satisfaction. Another shout out to the engineering folks. The oversized funnel top is a functional plus, especially for a guy like me who is always in a rush and spills a lot! A seemingly minor feature addition is the clips to hold the wand when not in use. This solves the problem of the hose and wand always ending up everwhere except where you want it when storing the unit. Kudos to Petratools for making a better mousetrap!
