Sturdy enough for travel, both front and top-load doors are constructed with steel, and feature easy-squeeze latches for convenient access. For use as a pet travel carrier or dog kennel, pets will enjoy visibility on all sides of the kennel and the flow of fresh air. As a kennel for small dogs and puppies, the sturdy plastic walls and steel doors keep pets protected, and the spacious kennel bottom accommodates dog beds for added cushion. It’s a great crate, and luckily my girl is a slow grower. When you select the size then pick a color, the size can change. In my case, the pink crate is MUCH smaller than expected. Not only is it not as long, but it’s short and smaller in all ways. I’ll have to buy another one (different color since they don’t come in the right size) when she’s fully grown. It’s not the manufacturer’s issue that the Amazon website didn’t work as expected. I like this brand, though, and have a crate from them for my older dog already.
