    • Great gate but very lightweight
This is a great little gate but very light weight. It took no time at all for my puppies to learn to push it forward and get out...or pull it towards them and get out. Put some rubber grippers on the bottom that improved the floor traction but not enough to prevent escape. I have small puppies and would not recommend for larger dogs due to this. Ended up having to return item but still a great buy. I'd advise getting some rubber grippers if you purchase. ... show more

We put this on the bottom step of wooden foyer stairs. Does exactly what we wanted, to prevent our older small dogs from going up the stairs. It isn’t heavy, so might not work for larger dogs. But being able to unfold it to “fit” the space on first step, presents a more difficult access as it can fall on top of the dogs. So far, they haven’t challenged it and suspect it won’t change. We’re going to buy one for our back stairs, too! ... show more

I have 3 dogs, 2 small and 1 large. My one small dog is almost blind. I have been using a basket to block the stairs. I finally broke down and bought this gate. No assembly was needed. Pulled out of box and put in front of steps. I think it would be easy for a large dog to move, if they wanted to. This was definitely a great find for the look as well as the price. ... show more

It’s not as long as I thought it was and it’s extremely flimsy. It does what I needed to do but it would’ve been nicer to have a little bit longer and maybe heavier. I worry that if my kiddo liens too much it will fall and they were on the steps

I use it to secure cat litter box. It does help keep litter in along with a litter mat, and to block the dog from getting up the stairs also works the cat does jump over it

This gate is very flimsy. Like my small dog can knock it over with her nose. I would return it but I prematurely threw away the package.
