I am going to ask for a refund. I saw someone ask how many filters came in a pack and the SELLER answered 5. So I ordered it thinking I’ll get 3 sets of 5, and I only get 3 PIECES! Have only been using this product now for about a month or less but I find it to be extremely effective and I will continue to use it. Obviously it is something that is necessary to use in order to keep the water purified but I do believe it is a quality product for the money and since they made the improvements from the old style, I believe it as well worth the little extra that you pay for it.
