For the most part putting the bike together is easy. I just had a really hard time getting the break to 1. Get over the wheel. And 2. To be lined up and tight enough with out making a squeaking noise when engaged. But it’s a beautiful bike, heavy duty and very customizable. This bike is junk. I was very happy with it at first since it’s obviously a really cute bike and it wasn’t too difficult to assemble. I bought it at the end of February as a gift for my daughter, but we didn’t really start riding it until May. So two months of use and the thing is falling apart. The front brakes don’t work anymore, one side doesn’t release from the wheel at all and the other side lost the brake pad at some point during one of our neighborhood walks. The plastic pedals are constantly falling off of the actual bike. My daughter took a tumble once and the plastic reflector broke right off. We have already had to grease the chain too as it was getting too difficult to pedal. The bike is also stored in the garage when not in use. It’s a bummer because it does LOOK good but functionally, i’m bummed I wasted my money. I wish I sent it back when I had the chance to because now i’m in the market for another. ... show more
