I have 3 dogs and 2 cats this candle is amazing even when it’s not lit the small is strong and delightful. I bought one a long time ago and a small pet store and when I saw it pop up on Amazon for 2 for almost the same price I paid for 1 I was super happy!

    • These Candles are WONDERFUL!
** I have to initially add that when I received my candle via amazon fulfilment the jar was completely shattered - the packing process was not efficient, and I am assuming it had broken in transit. You would think that Amazon would know to not put a little box in a large box with no packing paper to cushion movement** These candles 100% work as advertised. As a home with two cats, we exclusively purchase these candles (as well as their other line of pet odor removing aerosol sprays- because we never have issues with litterbox smells, and other cat smells (dander, etc.) My husband is very allergic to cats, but loves them too much to not have two! These candles have made life so much easier when it comes to allergen maintenance for our pets. The Scent of these candles are very strong! We can burn them for 2-4 hours at a time, and then we end up blowing them out because the scent starts to overpower the house. Another nice touch for the blend of the candle, when it gets too low, we remove the wax from the glass and we will put scores of it into our Scentsy's! The smell is still prevalent when we do this, though I believe the odor elimination part may not work as well due to not burning the candle. Our favourite scent is the apple cinnamon, but this one is just as strong, and it has a slight musky scent to it as well - Almost as if we through some cinnamon sticks into the fireplace! Longevity wise it has a pretty decent life for a candle! My husband has used multiple candles from this line, and he will light them when he starts work and blow them out when we settle down for the evening (with a few cool down breaks throughout the day so the wax can reform.) Our first three candles we have tried all lasted about two weeks with consistent full day burning. To me, that is a well made investment into odor control as well as a lovely scent in my home. ... show more

The house I'm living in was previously owned by a family with multiple pets, including an incontinent old dog. it smelled terrible, but we were able to get rid of the smell to an extent that we forgot there ever was a smell, if the house was a 10 in smell before, we got it down to a 0 after remodeling. Recently, I have been smelling a strange wet dog/sharp/chemical in the area of the home with hardwood floors and I was very upset to think the dog's smells were coming back. I didn't know why or how. Bought this candle out of desperation with little faith that it would do anything. To my surprise, after using for only one afternoon, it took the smell from a 5 down to a 1. I could still slightly smell something, but it didn't smell like a pet odor anymore, just a general weird smell that wasn't really very offensive. I didn't burn the candle for a few days after to see if it came back, and surprisingly it did not. It's been almost a week, so I decided to burn the candle again to see if we can get the 1 down to a 0. I have faith it will! I am SO GRATEFUL for this product! The smell is unbelievable. A little story. I was in a pet hospital waiting for my beloved pet, and this essence was just absolutely gorgeous. So I asked one of the nurses what is that smell? It smells so fresh and clean. She pointed to the candles, we have them. I said really? Yes they’re over there. Several different essence of odors that caught my eye. So I bought three. I ended up buying two more on Amazon. It is so worth it. I have several animals particularly cats, and although my house is exquisite and very clean , it doesn’t matter who is the critter there’s always something.
