This is a great pack to help get the snot out. The saline spray helps to loosen up and thin out mucus to get it sucked out. The wipes get dried snot off of the nose and have a vapor smell to them. And the vapor stick works great to apply to chest, feet, back...where ever you need to apply that's safe. I highly recommend for stuffy kids. And get a good snot sucker to pair with this. I got this for my friend who just had a baby and she said it works great for her baby’s stuffy nose. They had a little humidifier in their room and the smell wasn’t too over powering and it helped him breathe a little easier and the wipes weren’t too harsh. According to her, she loved it!

These were all the essentials needed to help my lil kid get over a runny or stuffy nose. The drops were great in his bath. Helped calm him down and open him up a bit. The nose wipes were a plus as well, although it wasn't a lot of them, it was enough to see if you like them, then buy more. As a mom of 3, I absolutely love all frida products. It’s typically all I buy. This little kit came in handy for my 2 mo old. The breathing drops worked wonders in the tub. We also loved the rub because it’s a deodorant stick so it’s much easier to put on. I LOVED the wipes. My only complaint is it came with like 10 wipes, if that. So I love Frida baby products, and have used many of them before. Our two year old was super sick and I ended up being stuck home with her without a lot of "sick day" essentials. I really like the breathe oil, I add a few drops to her bath and a few drops to her humidifier as well. It seemed to help a little bit and honestly with a sick toddler, any little bit helps. The wipes were nice and smelled really good, and they also seemed to have a nice soothing effect, but there weren't as many as I would have liked and I felt like I used them up super fast even though I only used one or two a day. The vapor stick is also great because it's so easy to apply! The snot sucker is a must have for all parents, and I had one already but having the second one and the extra filters was perfect. I think my only disappointment was just the wipes because there weren't very many. But overall a pretty good value for money. ... show more
