Product arrived undamaged and packaged well. The customization information was correct and it fit perfectly with lots of room for my 4 month old pup to grow. Color matches my pups colors and the information on the collar is easy to read. The under side of the collar is felted and soft so sits comfortably around the neck. The quality is quite good and it does reflect a tiny bit at night between all my furkids fur. Hoping it lasts a long time. Very good product!

Got this at the end of October. I measured my dogs neck, it was 13" so i got the medium but it was small. It still fit, so i thought he just needed to get used to it. Feb 27 my dog somehow got off his lead and found the collar in the driveway with the ring on it bent out of shape. Took us 5 hours to find my dog.
