Very nice quality (don't pay attention to the review - I am extremely particular) - nice/excellent quality bamboo, very nice slide in/out multiple cutting board inserts with color-coded food images. Do look at the measurements - it is a large board.

Very nice cutting board with a few issues. PROS - Good big size board and mats. - Easy to set on the counter and very sturdy. Doesn't slide around. - Has a nice bevel around the top so that if you cut a piece of meat on the wood/bamboo cutting surface the juice doesn't run off onto the counter. - The mats fit perfectly on the cutting board and are surrounded by the bevel so they don't slip around when cutting - I love that the mats store right inside so when my hands are full I don't have to fish around in my cupboard for a cutting board. Clean-up is MUCH easier when cutting on a plastic mat rather than directly on a cutting board. -The mats are dishwasher safe but depending on how straight they stay in the dishwasher they can warp. Then they don't fit into the board. CONS - The plastic cutting mats are pretty flimsy. I would have preferred less mats and having them be a little thicker instead so they wouldn't warp. - It is difficult to get out only 1 mat at a time. In order to use them you have to pull the whole stack out, take one off the top, and shove them back in. - The issue with shoving the mats back in is, the bottom of the cutting board is not solid like the top. The wood is in a frame around the outside. Which means, every time you try to shove them in they catch on the edge of the frame and won't go in until you lift the board push the mats up. I have gotten around that by taping the bottom mat to the bottom of the board so the others slide in and out on it smoothly without getting caught. - Quite pricey for 6 flimsy mats and a cutting board. This is a very practical item but it might not be worth the price unless you have very limited cupboard space for flat items. I am going to keep this because I have used the plastic mats, and even one use leaves cut marks in the top of the mat. If you need to buy someone an expensive gift for a house warming or something this is a good one. I have two residences and normally buy 2 of everything, one for each residence. I would not purchase a second one.

I love this cutting board. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and the color coded/symbol for different types of produce/meats is so convenient. I can easily prepare my meats and then simply switch the chopping mat to cut my produce next. The wooden board it so nice and sturdy too. The only thing that I find slightly annoying is putting the chopping mats back into the board; sometimes you have to make sure it doesn't get stuck while sliding it back in. But other than that, it's great.

This pack of cutting boards is really practical! The large wooden board is sturdy and spacious, perfect for big tasks. What I especially love is the slot built into the wooden board that neatly holds multiple thin plastic boards — super convenient for keeping things organized and switching between different foods. The plastic boards are easy to clean and perfect for quick chopping or prepping smaller items. I have noticed that they are easy to scratch with sharps, so please ensure proper cleaning! Overall, a great set that makes kitchen prep easier. Would definitely recommend!
