Wow! I love my dogs as family and this product is awesome from the start. The packaging is exactly what you hope to get. It comes in a cute outer pkg and then when opened, there is an additional bag that I will be using for other things for my dogs like their smalll brushes and spare collars. A nice touch in my opinion. The collars are So well made and I loved the variety of colors and fonts that could be selected. One standout thing I like about these collars is that the info people would need doesn’t “jangle” like with a tag. It’s all right on the collar. I will be ordering more of these for friends who have dogs and more in other colors for my boys🐾🐾 It will make the perfect gift with the adorable dog loving packaging. Love these!

It came faster than it estimated. It was great q and very cute. There’s a comfort band on the inside. Sort and durable. I was upset at first thinking it didn’t get delivered but I realized it had been delivered to my mailbox through postal service. I will order again for sure.

Nice sturdy collar. Product came as described, delivery seemed to take a little longer than expected but nothing too crazy. Name and phone # stitched well to collar and should last a good while.

This is a very sturdy and adorable collar. It has a padding on the inside for your dogs comfort, and the monogramming and outside of the collar are great. Easy to adjust and doesn’t get loose. I would definitely buy this again.

I got the light blue one for one of my shepherds, with a customized tag that has her name and my contact info. It's held up wonderfully for over a year despite all the puppies' playful roughhousing, with no evidence of needing to be replaced anytime soon. And I absolutely love the color! The tag is also reflective; since she is solid black, that helps ease my mind. I also love the fact that this has a separate band and hook so that you can connect a lead or leash to it, and there is still a another band around the neck, so she can't pull free if she sees a cat!

These are very nice collars. Well made and beautiful colors. I ordered 2 x-small for my 7 and 8 lb. poodles and they are too wide and bulky for their small stature. I didn't think about the return policy (no returns) because I assumed they would be smaller in width for an x-small dog. Disappointing.
