We needed an additional cushioned area in our living room when we have a large group hanging out. I looked at many and found a chair that folds into a mattress such as this and purchased it. It is fine but we don’t need another chair and we need more comfortable room on the floor for kids hanging out. After looking at a lot of different models and researching the reviews I chose this. I like the storage bag which makes it much more compact. It could be stored in the box also as it is a nice size. I got the full and it is large enough for entertaining yet still folds away nicely. It is quite heavy and I believe that it is the 4 inches that it states. Comfort was a great concern and kids are fighting for it so I think that it is comfortable. The material seems breathable and I hope that it doesn’t snag or rip but we put a blanket on it so it will be fine. It does not sit up like a chair like I had wished but we can make it happen when leaving on a coffee table. There is an odor when you take it out if the box which subsided with airing out and Febreze. I think it is a great addition to watch tv with a group.

I bought this so we could have a more comfortable place for visitors to sleep. Since the whole work from home thing started our spare bedroom was converted into an office so we don't have the full space for visitors to stay. We've previously used a blow up mattress, which is great for storage, but wasn't great for my parents, plus... I have cats.. So the blow up mattress would stay blown up for exactly 7.4 seconds before it got a leak. After buying an air mattress every time my parents visited I finally relented and bought this. The measurements are exactly as described, there's a nice storage bag that comes with it- although we haven't used that yet because my son has currently stolen the mattress for his room. We use a sheet on it but the cover feels soft and breathes well. My parents just visited and they were very happy with the new mattress. It's obviously better than a blow up mattress, but even my Dad commented on how comfortable it was. It's soft and you don't feel like you're on the floor at all. They slept on it for 5 days and were comfortable the while time. We bought the full size and it comfortably slept both of my parents. We were still working while they stayed so if we needed the room back in the office it was nice to be able to fold back up and down as needed. It has handles and is incredibly easy to fold, I can do it one handed. When it folds up we just leave it against the wall and the pillows fit on top nicely, it's compact and out of the way. It's so comfortable my son has claimed it as a couch in his room since my parents left. He enjoys it folded up and hangs out playing his tablet on it. As a hint- buy it a little earlier than you need it, it has a memory foam smell when you first take it out. After leaving it open for a few days, the smell was gone. TL:DR- soft and comfortable, easy to fold, 1000% better than an air mattress, my cats can't pop it, the memory foam smell disappears quickly

This mattress is 4" thick and no thicker. The photo makes it look thicker so note that. The photo also shows that the cushions are squared and thus line up perfectly, they don't. The edges aren't square, more round, and so they don't bump up together squarely and tightly. You won't have a consistent surface to lay on. Nonetheless, it works and it's comfortable. I'm not sending it back but I think there is a design flaw the manufacturer needs to address. If you are a heavy person, this won't be thick enough to support you.

We are moving to a new place and we are having people coming to remodel the house so I did not want to bring my expensive mattress out yet. While everything was in storage I bought this simple folding mattress to have a place to sleep for a few weeks. I did not expect much from it as it was a temporary measure. It ended up being amazing Pros: the mattress is comfortable despite being thin. It can be folded up into 1/3. It came with a sturdy package that I could put the whole thing in and slide it right into a corner of the closet when It’s not in use. When it came in a box it seems bulky but when it was in the storage cover, it was so easy to put over the shoulder and walk around. I am 5’7”. Cons: have not found anything that I don’t like about the mattress. Very easy to set up and convenience. I had been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks straight and did not have any issue with my back, but I am a lighter guy, 150 lbs. it’s a portable mattress so I figure it could be a little thin if you are on a heavier side

I was going to toss my old sofa bed as the cushions were pretty beat up and scuffed through years of use but bought this tri-fold mattress and it fit perfectly. I have been in search for a foldable mattress for a while and I finally came across a good quality one! Over the holiday season we had many guests over and this was the perfect solution to our sleeping arrangement. Its light and compact enough for me to carry it to every room that we desire and comfortable for a good night sleep. All our guest said they were very comfortable sleeping on it. It folds very easily and easy to store away when not needed. over all I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely recommend this product.
