It's a shame I couldn't give 5 stars. I really like the blind. But why not put decent screws with it. Is that too much to ask. Had to go to lowes and buy screws. 3 of the four screws broke in half as I was installing. Do not use the screws included with blinds. Out of all the Amazon purchases over the years, I have never given a review. However, I am making an exception this time as I am extremely pleased with Persiluxโ€™s roller shades and service. I bought 3 roller shades. Two for the French door and one for the window next to it. I was not sure if the roller shades would work on the French door because the handles might interfere with the operation of the shades. I sent quite a few questions to Persilux. They addressed all my questions promptly prior to my order and accepted my special request. Their customer support and communication were excellent. On top of that, to my surprise, my order arrived in just 5 days. They were all well packed. I really like the texture and the feel of the shades. I am very pleased with the quality of the fabric. The shades fitted perfectly on my window and the French Door. The installation was pretty straight forward. A lot simpler than Ikea! The blinds are awesome. Made the window look new. I recommend the fabric valance. Our only complaint, there were no installation instructions. We went online and eventually found something. A video for inside mount would be great. Once you know how to install, it is super easy.

Purchased this for a window that is above the entry door. Top of the window is 13ft above finish floor but the window is only 4ft tall by 7ft wide. Asked for extra chain length and they provided NC. Fairly simple install, however, 2 screws broke when installing into wood door with pilot (no plugs). They broke both when using drill and by hand after drilling pilot. I used my own general purpose screws, but manufacturer should definitely improve the quality of the screws.
