I was very skeptical of ordering custom fitting shades for my lanai sliders. Let me tell you these shades fit absolutely perfectly! I even didnt put the correct measurements in when I ordered. They ask you what you want, then they have you put the exact dimensions of the window/slider. They contacted me after I placed the order and suggested the correct size for me. How nice is that! Love this roller shade! You can can raise/lower to any height but just gently moving it up/down. It’s nothing like the old roller shades that you had to pull down slightly to disengage the mechanism. They block out the light which is great. I use this on my front door so it gives privacy. Would definitely buy again

UPDATE: I had to remove one star unfortunately. Having purchased 8 of these for my motorhome, it's become rather annoying having to dig for the handle or the two sides to pull them down, when wanting to close them at night or due to the hot sun shining in. It's not a deal breaker because I think these are more than likely, better than anything else out there. I just wish the handle was more easily reached when the shades are totally opened. I still stand by my earlier review though. I'm wondering if I can come up with a creative design to help me close my shades when needed and not having to fight with them. I wish I could have read a review like the one I am leaving here. Time was not an issue, so I searched for almost a year, trying to find affordable, cordless, black, easy to install, black out shades for my motorhome. I am sick and tired of all the bad reviews because I listen to each and every one of them. It's almost impossible for me to make up my mind, most of the time. I took a chance and ordered 6 of these, different sizes according to the windows in my RV. I AM IN LOVE!!! Easy peasy to install. AND believe me, I suck at installing EVERYTHING. They look great. I love that "all" of it is black to match my black accessories through out the RV. Very Classic. I have a 1995 Newmar, and so you know it's dated, and this is my first step to giving it a facelift. So if you are looking for the perfect black out shades, for home or an RV, I'm telling you, THIS IS IT! I ordered two from Walmart for the bedroom in a different color before finding these on Amazon, I've not opened them yet, well, I'm returning them and getting 2 more of these. I highly recommend you just give these a try. You will not regret it. Although I do leave the handle showing, because once it is up too high, takes a moment to find, grab, and pull down. Mine are only a couple of inches wider than my windows, so I do get just a touch of light from two windows. But honestly, I'm thrilled that these are so awesome. Literally a click and they are hung. If I can do it, anyone can do it. You'll want to thank me ;-)

You know that door you want a shade on,, and sometimes you keep it open. The mount on this shades moves left and right easily allowing you to put it over a door, and slide it to the side while the door is open and still shade the sun out, then when the door is closed slide it back to cover the complete door.

Custom size: The fit was perfect. it let's a little light in through the sides but not a huge deal for me. When I unboxed it, it was hard to get the blind to unroll as it must've rolled back too far in transport. Was easy to install and looks great. If your looking for something that won't cost you an arm and a leg, this is a great option. The color was the same as in the picture and the material seems pretty strong. Pre-sized: The fit was perfect, it does let a little light in through the sides, it is a great product for what you pay, my dogs have tested the material and it is pretty strong. Good color, easy to mount, easy to open and close even with 1 finger, and looks good.
