So, let me tell you about myself and this rug. When I order something from any website, I read reviews. Not just a couple reviews. A lot of reviews. Finally, after page after page and review after review, I decided on this rug. Most rugs come folded up in plastic and boxes. This rug came rolled up! Rolled up with the ends properly covered in their own little caps. Needless to say, I was very impressed upon my first look. Then I unrolled the rug, luckily when I unrolled it where it wasn't folded during shipping, it layed pretty flat on the ground. It's half an inch thick which means I can vacuum it daily with a regular vacuum. The color is amazing, and it's pretty soft to only be a half an inch. All in all, I would one hundred percent recommend this rug, after a lot of searching I'm glad I chose this one. ... show more

    • BEAUTIFUL AND SOFT
I have followed and wanted this rug for over a year. I lost my notes and found them again and could not find anything to compare to the colors and style in the online ad. I was thrilled to find it twice as large at half the cost last month and treated myself for my birthday to the deal. I arrived home yesterday to find it on my porch and immediately ran in and laid it out in my bedroom....GORGEOUS. So soft and bright and beautiful. The colors are exactly as pictured which was my greatest fear - do not look like printed carpet - another fear - and it lays flat immediately. The various greys are so pretty my planned deep grey wall color (haven't painted yet), charcoal bedding and the metallic gold is brilliant with my vintage brass lamps (grey blue capiz shells - so perfect!!!) and antique gold sputnik light! I could not be happier! I can't wait to paint and tie it all together. You will not regret this rug. At just over $100 for 8x10 - it looks much more expensive and like nothing you'll find in stores for this price. I've paid much more and been disappointed. This was worth the wait. <3 ... show more

I cannot say enough good things about this rug. I liked the look of it online, but I'm never sure what I'm really going to think until I can see and feel it in person. This exceeded all my expectations. Especially for a rug of this size and price. The rug is low profile (which I prefer). The pile is probably about 1/4" thick. If you want a cushiony rug - just grab a rug pad for it. The feel is very smooth. I have a silk Persian rug and this feels only slightly less smooth than that buttery piece of goodness. There is also a 3 dimensional texture to the rug in spots where the dark gray is. I love this, as it adds dimension to the look. The colors are a creamy white (not bright white, but not ivory), almost a blueish steel gray, a charcoal gray and a true gold. It's not yellow or mustard and the gold has some metallic to it. The metallic is part of the actual fiber and does not look or feel cheap in any way. It's a subtle finish. I'm hoping that this seller comes out with similar rugs so I can replace some of my less pleasing ones. This is an excellent addition to my Mid Century Modern living room. 100% pleased. ... show more

I saw this rug and read the reviews before buying. I received it and immediately fell in love with the colors. It was a little more bumpy than the blue one I received so I vacuumed it hoping that would soften it up to lay flat and it did after some time (I think because it’s a 5x7 and the 8x10 is bigger so it laid flat quicker) anyway, the vacuum pulled the pile up and really made the colors pop and loved it even more. I wish I got a bigger one, but for the area and traffic walking through the smaller one made more sense ☺️ The price was good too, a little pricey for a 5x7, but worth it so I gave price a 3, but because it is so pretty I’ve changed it. The blue one is beautiful as well! Love this company for making such quality and beautiful rugs! I matched the rugs with drapes by “Turquoize” they are beautiful drapes, the quality 🤗 so for the gray rug I got “stone drapes” and the blue rug I got “dark teal” perfect matches 🧐🤗. ... show more

For the price, this is a great rug. I bought 2 and couldn't be happier. They came rolled on a tube so there wasn't much creasing. They were double wrapped so no staining from shipping. The corners did take a bit to lay down but I'm a designer and unroll rugs often and they all struggle to lay down at first. They look thin but they're actually cushier to the foot than you would originally think. Good color, good pattern and it has a little bit of depth that gives it some texture. ... show more

The value you get for the price of this rug is unbelievable! I love a good shag rug, but with three toddlers, we run the roomba daily and needed a low pile rug. Don’t let “low pile” scare you away! This thing is sooo soft, yet easy to clean! Our roomba has no problem vacuuming on this rug. We ordered the gray colored rug and it’s just beautiful! Definitely on the cooler side of gray, so I see how some could mistake it for blue, so keep that in mind. The gold accent is absolutely gorgeous. It’s actually gold, not yellow which I love! It’s kinda shimmers in the light!(think classy gold, not cheap looking) It does have a textured look in some spots, but I was expecting that thanks to the other reviews. You can see in the video. The look and feel feels very expensive and nice. I would 100% recommend this rug. We plan on getting the runner to match for our entryway. I wish I had somewhere to put the blue one because It looks gorgeous as well! ... show more

Literally just unrolled this rug, and I love it! The colors are vibrant and beautiful. This rug has almost a sheen to it. The gold tone is a gold/ brown/ copper tone and it shimmers.. it almost looks like gold flakes. The grays are light and dark Gray, and the main color is like a light cream color. The edging is dark Gray. There is some taupe in it too. I just unrolled it so the edge is not laying flat yet but I am super satisfied. It is a low pile rug but still feels heavy and of good quality, especially for the price. We just purchased our home and the carpets are supposed to go so I suspect it will look even better with the new floors. I don’t know how it will hold up over time but I did vacuum it immediately and had no issues. If you’re skeptical about purchasing this item, don’t be. I definitely recommend it! Also, I had read some reviews of the “Gray” being blue but it is definitely like a Smokey and dark Gray, no blues here. Buy this rug and don’t think twice!! Great value for the price! ... show more

I first bought this rug in gray and loved it so much I got another one and then a third in blue. I’ve become a savvy online rug shopper. I don’t spend a lot of money on rugs because I tire of them or they get worn looking. These rugs are keepers. In both the gray and blue the gold fibers are exactly what I was looking for. It’s not a yellow color, it is metallic gold looking just like you’d see a gold coin. When the light hits it, it shimmers. The gray is more of a blue gray but still blends well with all colors. It is soft and well made. The rugs don’t curl up and it doesn’t take but a few days for the ends to lay flat. Great quality and beauty for the money. ... show more
