I heard a loud CLANK at the door I ran to the window and watched the UPS guy walking back to his truck without a dolly. The box looked rough but what the heck, its a jack. Everything worked great until I tried to roll it. Thats when I noticed the swivel wheel was tight. I’m guessing the CLANK is what caused the wheel to break and now I don't trust the weld for the wheel bracket. The jack is square near the back the metal is 90 degree. So when there's a slope like driveway. It scrapes. Oh well

Great jack!!! I use it to jack up a Suburban, 325 BMW and a E320 Mercedes (not all at the same time of course). My point is, the low profile feature woks great on cars but still handle SUVs.
