These are the same bands used at the gym I go to, so I know how durable they are. Plus they have great tension, unlike some other more flimsy bands that I have used in the past (and have to double or triple them up to get decent tension). I've gone though several brands of resistance bands over the years and these are hands down the best I've found. Most of the cheaper mini bands out there say they'll give you light, medium, heavy etc. resistance, but I've noticed that their version of "heavy" was a joke and the lighter ones were so flimsy they weren't usable. The cheaper ones also either snap quickly or stretch out and don't maintain correct resistance. If you want legit levels of resistance to boost your workout, these are your new best friends. Their heavy (black) band is a serious beast to use and even the lighter ones offer good, useful resistance for working smaller muscle groups. One important note: be sure to put it on and take it off cleanly. If you put one around your legs, don't just rip it off over your shoes. All those micro snags again and again over a rough surface will shorten the lifespan. These are much better bands than most but all have their limits. 100% worth the money, go get yourself a set!!! ... show more

I use these for strength exercises both at home and at the gym. These are good quality bands in different strengths at a good price and work well for everything from isolation exercises to movement feedback and resistance.

These resistance bands are exactly what I needed! They are the same bands that I used in physical therapy. I had purchased one from my therapist, but after over a year of daily use, it broke. I was so happy to be able to get an exact replacement.

I use these in physical therapy, but typically used sweet sweat bands at home. I accidentally lost my hands and purchased both to compare. What makes these unique is their shorter in length maybe 2-3 inches and feel a little thicker. Because they are as long or stretched, they offer even better resistance that others. I feel more challenged for squats and clam shells in just the black extra heavy band vs sweet sweat I’d have to double band. I’m sticking to these now and I can see why they’re so popular amongst gyms and physical therapy. ... show more

Light occasional usage over the past few years. 2 bands have snapped so far. The second snapped today when doing some leg/hip work my physical therapist instructed. I wouldn't consider these to be "pro quality". Other bands I have had longer haven't broken. That said, the different bands do have different tensions. Maybe they work better for a smaller person with less range required (I'm 6'). ... show more
