We absolutely love this PEQULTI Gothic Cat Tree. The first order was unfortunately lost by FedEx, but the seller was very responsive and helpful and quickly arranged a replacement. FedEx also ensured the second delivery arrived correctly. Assembly was easy and straightforward, and the floor-to-ceiling adjustable height makes it feel very sturdy once installed. The design looks great, and the multiple tiers give our cats plenty of space to climb, lounge, and scratch. Most importantly — our cats LOVE it. They were on it immediately, using every level. The condo, ladder, and scratching posts are all a big hit. Great product and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Easy enough to put together. Quality is adequate—cheaper materials, but doesn’t look as cheap. I’m happy with it. Soft, works well and doesn’t fall if you put enough tension. It def shakes when they jump on it, but apparently I’ve done it tight enough that it doesn’t fall anymore. It fell twice at the beginning when I got it 5 months ago because I didn’t have it tight enough, but it hasn’t fallen since. All the cats love jumping/running up it because it is sturdy enough. I did not use the strap attached to one of the shelves to secure it to the wall. If you look hard enough, you’ll see I also twist the shelves in different directions to make it easier to climb. My cats have never really had a cat tree before/haven’t had access to high places most of their lives (cats are currently 7 & 8 years old, and roommates 6 month old kitten). They’re all loving it.

We purchased the cat tree to support our 5 cats in getting up to our kids' loft beds. Assembly was pretty easy. It's hard to install this, but that's not the fault of the cat tree - it's 8 feet tall assembled, so it's hard to install, as expected. When we installed it, it was perfect. There's good scratching posts, a hiding box, comfortable shelves. There's a big downside, though, and it's that the tree only works under full tension. That's impossible to do with the box, especially how thin the box material is. It would work just fine as a normal cat tree, but the tension holds the entire thing up, and over time, the tree would no longer have the right tension. One cat stopped using it. I ended up installing a contraption in the middle of the box that extends the tension right down the middle. Cats can still use the box but have to move around a steel rod to get in there. But now it works perfectly. So I give it 4 stars for being a great tree at a good price, and take one from it because it wouldn't just work as-is over time.

Perfect for a small space! Functional and looks nice. Very cool that there are two built-in scratching surfaces (on the ramp to the cottage, and on one of the foundation posts). The best way to get to to stick well to the ceiling and floor involves having the structure slightly bent, so that there is a lot of pressure keeping it sturdily in place against both surfaces. Quite easy to put together, and it's cool that you can choose what order to put the pieces in

This looks like the cats will like it, but it is badly designed in one major way: it is partially held-together using bolts with Allen heads that press either directly on the particle-board horizontal members of the 'tree' or through a thin layer of fleece. Particle-board does not respond well to shear stress, and there is a lot of that around where the bolts heads are pressed into the particle-board. This _will_—I usyally would insert a 'probably' here, but I know particle-board—lead to wobbling after use by any cats larger than say 1kg. If large, metal, washers were between the bolt-heads and the particle board this stress could be much reduced, and the unit more likely to stay stable. (Pardon how poorly-drawn is the attached illustration.) I intend to buy mine own washers to make this improvement, but I strongly advise the firm selling these to ask their O.E.M.[s] to make the same change, even though it might add $0.50 to the cost and (worse) 100 grammes to the shipping-weight. This bad design was also present in another piece of cat-furniture I've bought recently, so I guess it's standard for the industry in my price-range…which does not make it acceptable.

I really do hate leaving 1 star reviews, but I unfortunately feel that this is necessary. The tree is put together by twisting the pieces into each other. Unfortunately the material used to connect the pieces is pretty inexpensive and flimsy plastic. It snapped off and fell down within a week. I figured it was just a fluke so I didn't bother to get a refund, just to avoid the hassle. Instead I just took one of the top pieces and screwed it into the position with the broken piece. Soon after, the same thing happened and another piece snapped off and actually fell onto me while I was sleeping. For the record, I have only one cat and he's nowhere near overweight. I feel like this product could be fixed with stronger material, and possibly more QA testing. It looks really nice and it was easy to assemble! It's just a shame it wasn't strong enough to last more than a month. Definitely would recommend looking at other options.
