  • Efficient
After 10 days of playing various different games on steam this PC lives up to its name. Runs Smooth, only complaint is the fan can get a bit noisy which is a small complaint. Definitely recommend πŸ‘

  • Looks cool, but basically dies after 30 day return window; then BAM, near unusable lag
Size: AMD Ryzen7 7735HS/32GB+1TB
looks cool, but basically became near unusable after about 45 days, so just after return period,,, Fitting since it ran actually decently for the first 30, then self destruct, and now it's so laggy it makes me miss computing in the early .90s, did a complete system restore to factory twice and its still pretty unusably laggy,, even when ONLY when running simply only a single person to person chat ap. It originally ran hot enough to glitch out the TV it was mounted near, ... show more

  • Working well for me...
Size: AMD Ryzen7 7735HS/32GB+1TB
I am using this PC in my living room for streaming from websites. It has plenty of power to get the job done without stuttering while using a VPN at the same time. I have had no network connectivity problems when using it with a Unifi U6-LR Wi-Fi access point or the Ethernet port. The case feels well made and I like that the light is controllable with just a single button on the rear of the case, with it I can make the lighting not stand out in a dark living room. As far as gaming if you are playing older games or games less demanding than today's AAA titles it works well enough when paired with a wireless Xbox control pad. I did not like that the Windows image that they put on the drive started up in Chinese; they should have localized the installation better. I didn't find any malware but I still wiped the drive and installed it from clean Windows install media myself. Overall not a bad little box and I'd recommend it. ... show more

  • Hot, noisy, and under performing
Without question, this may be the best looking mini PC there is, and holding it in your hands truly shows how well built it is. If only it worked as good as it looks and feels.... As much as I wanted to like this mini pc, with it's extremely well built all metal case and gorgeous looks, I could not get over the constant whiny fan ramping up/down and very high heat. Add to that mine had a ticking sound coming from inside and I assume it was fan related. I realize that cooling a micro case like these have is a challenge, yet the different unit I ordered and received after I returned this had none of these issues. This mini would ramp up fan when simply web browsing which I found odd, and to add I was getting way less performance in benchmarks than other mini PC's with same cpu/memory configuration as this one. I'm assuming excessive heat, as well as a single ddr5 ram module as opposed to two in dual channel mode might be the reason. Ended up returning this and purchased this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLRC5BCR?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Yes, It isn't as well made as the Peladn pc and is all plastic, yet the issues with fan noise and performance issues are resolved with this one. Silent large fan, and dual mode ddr5 ram has me in mini PC bliss which is what I wanted from the Peladn PC. Did I have a defective one? Maybe, but my sensitive ears have low tolerance for small, whiny fans, so if you care about that as much as I do then there are other choices. If you care most about looks, and less about fan noise/performance, the Peladn isn't terrible, just not for me. ... show more

  • Excellent Productivity Machine w/ light gaming capabilities
The media could not be loaded. This first thing you will notice about this is how solidly built it is. Feels like a big hunk of metal. I suppose mostly because, it is. Fit and finish is top notch with the exception of some very tight usb ports on the front. They do loosen up after a while but the first couple of times I connected a device I thought it was backwards. Even the box it comes in feels great. Speaking of ports, it has a good selection of USB (2 up front, 2 on the back and 1 C). It could probably do with a few more but considering the form factor, I understand why it doesn't. I very much appreciate the headphone jack as well. I often wear a pair older non-usb / non-bluetooth headphones for music while working. The main thing I found very good about this computer was just how quick it is. The NVME is no slouch and clocked in per my testing around 7000mb/s read and somewhere around 4300 write. Perfectly acceptable for this kind of box. The integrated GPU was able to hang with some light duty gaming (I played rocket league, Hades, and even Starfield on low settings). Cooling is well done. It does kick up when gaming or doing more intensive tasks but it isn't nearly as invasive as something like a laptop fan. Smartly, it has a lot of vents around to funnel the air in and out and the fan appears to be over built for the amount of heat even when running full tilt. All connectivity worked as expected. Wireless connected at full strength to my nearby router, Bluetooth did its thing to a nearby mouse and keyboard, and the Ethernet port worked as expected. I do a decent amount of illustration design work and it did a phenomenal job of chewing through some files that my previous workstation struggled with. The ryzen chip in here is far and away much better than my older desktop intel machine (probably a 6th gen i5). Top all of that off with the fact that it is very small, very energy efficient and has a ridiculous light ring, this is a 5 star little powerhouse. I know it isn't really a household brand name but, judging by how well this box is put together and how reasonable the price is (for a tiny super small form factor machine) I think this is a winner. I didn't try the VESA mount but that seems convenient for mounting it behind a display. ... show more
