I chose the 29oz + 5oz treat holder option but received the 22oz + 5oz option. The larger version was needed for my two large dogs that I walk during the Texas summer. I do like the bottle’s open/close mechanism which seems more durable than our last one from a different manufacturer and the silicone straw that hopefully won’t crack like the other did. I do find the plastic a bit thinner than I’d like though that doesn’t make it easier to expel the water once it gets down to the bottom 1/4th or so. I also wish there was a carry option that allows me to carry the bottle as a crossbody option. With the two dogs and additional treats (for them and other animals we encounter along the way), it’s not practical for hand carry nor is it possible to attach to my waist band or the leash.

Best simple water bottle ever. I doubted it when I ordered it but I'm absolutely sold now. One year later and it still works, I use it for travels, weekend trips and longer walks, not every day though. Doesn't leak and the dogs can drink comfortably. The water flows back completely with a little patience, thought if they don't drink at least a little bit a small rest stays in the cup. Button works perfectly, it's dishwasher safe (the mechanism works with a straw, so I'm glad I don't have to hand wash it the whole time) I can't say anything about the strap since I took it of after the first use, I prefer carrying it in a bag. The colour and general look is exactly as in the foto. Totaly practical, absolutely worth the money. I just hope they make a bigger one in the future, I just ordered a second one to carry enough water for my two dogs.

The bottle is flimsy. Perhaps it needs to be in order to squeeze the water up to the “bowl”. I am giving it only three stars because I think it could be manufactured better. If you are hiking with your large dog, it would be good for a short hike as the bottle doesn’t hold that much and you should prepare yourself for some spillage.

Uncomplicated to use, durable, not bulky, and the perfect size for very long walks. The push-to-close switch is a game-changer that minimizes wasted water, and I love the treat compartment. My family and I are taking our dog to the beach for the first time and don’t want to waste water in a bowl that she may spill over. We tested it and she uses it perfectly. It doesn’t leak and we like that it folds down so it fits in a bag but you also have the option to clip it to a bag or a belt. I think if you wanted to bring food with that the option for a snack cup too would be good. We didn’t get it because we wouldn’t have a use for it. Also any water in the cup drains back into the bottle if not used.
