Works great but the body plastic is very flimsy. Had to return one unit because the wheel just fell off. Overall tho it is super handy to have a high pressure cleaner ready to go at a minutes notice and that doesn't make any noise at all when it isn't actually spraying.

I bought this unit after gas engin 3000 psi 5 Gal/min pressure washer was brocken. This unit is 4000psi 2.5 Gal/min unit so easy to handle. But it has enough power to do deck cleaning and siding cleaning. Issue #1: you can not use extension hose or other accessiries for general pressue washers. Because it has unique connectors on 25 ft gun hose. Issue #2: Gun is too short. It is good for wall cleaning. But deck floor cleaning gun is too short and my back was very uncomportable. ... show more

The value of this product is fantastic! We were amazed how well this pressure washer handled cleaning our deck. I have another pressure washer which is heavy and hard for me to use so I ordered this pressure washer not sure what to expect. The instructions state “unwind the hose from the hose reel and insert one end of the hose into the trigger lance and the other end into the high pressure outlet”. So I didn’t think it mattered which end went in each place. However now that one end is in the outlet the other end will not stay in the trigger so I assume it Does Matter. My problem is I can not get the end out of the pressure outlet on the machine. Anyone know how I can resolve this? ... show more

    • My best friend - cord organizer could use improvement
I absolutely love this pressure washer! I am a pressure washing queen now that I have this device. It is easy to use, durable and gets the job done. It comes with the machine, wand, soap dispenser attachment that connects and disconnects easily. 4 different power washing heads that vary in water intensity, a built in cord organizer that is supposed to wind amd unwind the pressure hose but I can't seem to get the "winder" to wind, so I just wrap it around manually when I use and put away. It's easy to use even for a beginner like me and my husband said it's a powerful machine (he's an old pro ;) ) It is overall a quality pressure washer with great power, functionality and convenient built in storage for all attachments and pressure hose.
