There is so much wrong with this rack, that it's hard to give it even one star. First is that the packaging is absolutely too weak for the weight and material being shipped. I received the first rack that was a box packed inside a box. However, it was still missing a wheel, instructions, and multiple bolts and washers. I requested a replacement which shipped and was received quickly. That box was even more torn up than the previous and had no outer box. It the bag of nuts and bolts busted, and it was missing about half the hardware. The pieces of the rack were badly scarred from shipping, and some were mangled. Of course, they would be as half of it was outside the box at some point in shipping. I was a bit disappointed in Amazon for even delivering it in this condition. I was able to piece it together with pieces from each of the two racks I had received. The size of the rack is a bit narrow for most commercial equipment, but it works. The casters are great, and I love that this rack came with locking casters. Overall, this is a subpar piece of kitchen equipment. The savings is not worth the sacrifice, and you're highly unlikely to receive a full rack at any point in your purchase. Just avoid this and spend the extra money. ... show more

Overall, I think the product is exactly what we needed, but several items were missing, including several screws (18 total), all of the washers and lock nuts included on the parts list, and one of the racks was damaged, causing us to be unable to insert the enhanced washer. Due to time constraints, I'm unable to return it and wait on a replacement, so we're going to make do, the best we can! ... show more

I ordered the 20 shelf storage pan rack. The rack is constructed of aluminum and stainless steel material. Pan rack is easy to wipe down and clean, although you cannot use harsh chemicals on it due to the aluminum pieces. There is 3 inches of clearance between each pan. Cart roles smooth and easy. Two of the wheels also have brakes so you can keep the cart from moving out of place if you choose. ... show more

    • Works but not perfect

The rack has a large capacity with 20 tiers. Its pretty easy to assemble and the aluminum metal is very lightweight. It has large smooth rolling wheels. The frame needs a bit more reinforcement for more stability.
