One of the best gift for myself. Love using it to dry my macarons and when taking it out from the oven to cool. Those of you who makes macarons will understand the multiple tray usage. Super easy to assemble. *TIP: when leveling the legs, turn the table inside down onto its counter top then screw legs on and leveling your bottom shelf may take a little balancing skills. Also great for extra table space since I have limited counter space. I simply place a sheet tray on top of the entire rack and use it like that *cakepop photo example*. This is great for my acrylic pouring art and using it as my drying rack. I bought the plastic cover for it and the two sizes of baking pans full and half. It is perfect because it rolls right over to my painting wheel. When the pieces are done I slide out the pan, place it right onto the vinyl lined pan.
