The tent did take a bit of time to put together, but it was not that hard. The quality of it is great! I will be using this for our wedding, and it will be wall-to-wall with 11 tables in there. I will show pictures after the wedding. I do have some tricks to share, but it will be easier with pictures :-) I did an extreme amount of research on this tent before buying, and what it came down to was thicker poles than most, the cover also thicker than most, great reviews, free shipping, and the responsiveness of their staff to comments pre-purchase. We live in MN but we have lots of trees and little wind. I will be taking it down for the winter, but with the large windows, I am looking forward to putting it up next spring for use as my greenhouse. Well worth the purchase! ... show more

I love this Tent, big, easy to assemble and disabled. We had an issue with shipping, for some reason 1 box was missing but, I contacted customer service and Martina helped me out a lot and everything was solved with a timely matter.

I purchased this party tent to hold some classes in during Covid-19. I was a little confused when I received notification that the order had shipped via FedEx. It said only one box had shipped and then nothing about the other boxes that were part of the party tent. When the FedEx driver arrived we were surprised that the complete party tent in 6 or 7 boxes was on the truck. We assembled the party tent with 4 people in about 4 hours. The party tent comes with 4 hurricane anchor that are about 1/4" in diameter with about a 1" diameter auger near the bottom. I purchased some additional hurricane anchors for the tent that were about 3/8" diameter with 3" auger plates and nylon ratchet straps. After setting the tent up someone ran into the corner pole and bent it beyond use. There were also other parts that were bent badly as well. In contacting the company through Amazon they got back to me within a couple of days and said that they would replace the parts one time at no charge. Unbelievable! Some of the parts were on backorder and wouldn't be in stock until June 11 and then they would be shipped. I chose this party tent because of the metal frame that comes with ground bars for extra support. The quality of the frame is great. I was a little disappointed in the poly that covers the frame it seemed a little on the thin side but it has with stood wind and rain just not golf carts. I would recommend this party tent to anyone looking for a reasonably priced party tent for temporary use. The customer service is as good as it gets. Don't hesitate to purchase this item. I can't believe it! The 20' X 40' Peaktop Party tent sustained damage in a 60 mph wind the other day and I need replacement parts. I contacted Peaktop Outdoors and they are sending the replacement parts that I need to make the tent functional again. The surprising part of the damage is that the poly top with stood the wind damage with a few minor rips that can be repaired. I would buy this tent and any other PeakTop product anytime without hesitation. The tent is great quality and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with on any product. It's a scam, don't buy it! Initially, they offered a paid return label, but now they refuse to cover the return cost at all? I attempted to use it, but the tent is overly complex to assemble, excessively large, and the roof fabric is torn. I'm now trapped with an unusable tent that I can't return. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and contradictory to what was promised before I made the purchase. I demand, at the very least, a return label to send back this tent and receive my money back! I am extremely disappointed ... show more

I love the size and durability but there is no real instruction on how to assemble it properly. I had multiple people come by and was scratching their heads. Most of them put other tents this size up but couldn’t figure this one out. I was way too many pieces. You can’t even find it on YouTube. So once I had it taken down, it was never used again.
